I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, the staff service was warm and friendly, but the rooms suffered from noise issues due to ongoing construction. The dining was exceptional, and the facilities were well-kept.

The noise from the construction on the main level was quite bothersome, especially when we were trying to relax in our room. The noise even carried over into another room, making it hard to sleep peacefully. Additionally, when we were moving our suitcases around, the noise seemed to amplify.

Despite the noisy surroundings, the staff was polite, and the location of the hotel was wonderful. Special recognition goes to Juan, Flor, Ana, Abi, Erik, and Rolando for their hard work. Their efforts truly stood out, although at times it seemed like some staff members were more at ease 'hanging around' and chatting rather than actively assisting guests. The services like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry were top-notch.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, making us feel very safe and upscale. We could easily walk to town, and the lovely pool area overlooking the sea was a highlight. The convenience of having many amenities nearby and taxis available at a moment's notice added to the overall positive experience.

We had an exceptionally good dining experience during our 3-day stay. The happiest waitress we've ever dealt with took great care of us. The food was delicious, especially the burger with fries, shrimp, guacamole with fresh shredded cheese, and even the unique option of grasshoppers. The crepes were also a delightful choice.

My stay at the hotel was an incredible experience. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach and within walking distance of numerous attractions. The rooms were immaculate, the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The dining was a mix of hits and misses, offering great value at times but lacking consistency. Overall, a great choice with excellent facilities.
